Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme
The Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy has launched a variety of schemes for the residents of Andhra Pradesh and focusing on those who aren't financially as strong. To add to this, the CM of Andhra Pradesh launched the new scheme on 27th November 2019, referred to as the 'Vidya deevena Scheme which was previously known as 'Fee Reimbursement'. It is a student sponsorship program. The YSR Jagananna Vidya scheme will assist families in need financially that have children who are studying or are planning to pursue a college education. In order to implement the scheme the CM has allocated 4,900 crores to the upcoming session.
The YSR Jagananna Vidya scheme will help students who are economically disadvantaged, such as Kapus. Students who study beyond matriculation like ITI to Ph.D. with the exception of intermediate will receive an award of scholarship and fee reimbursement in the Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme, which forms part of Navaratnalu's promise.
In the past it was known as the Jagananna Vidya Deevena program was called fee reimbursement (also called the post-matric scholarships scheme) this scheme was included in the declaration of Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme 2022
YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy the CM of Andhra Pradesh launches the scheme "Jagananna Vidya Deevena" that will award students with scholarships who are in the process of completing their degrees.
Under this scheme, students who come from poverty-level families will be able to receive the number of Rs. 20,000 per annum to cover their tuition fees, examination fees as well as food and lodging, etc. which is refunded directly into the college's account in certain instances.
Students who have an attendance rate of 75% or higher will benefit from this program.

The Eligibility Criteria for "Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme"
The students have to be residents and natives of Andhra Pradesh
Students who are studying their course or program at a private college board that is government-aided as well as day scholar scholars as well as hostellers can benefit from the scheme, but the institution should be associated with state universities or Boards
The family's income is not more than 2.5 lakh annually to be admissible.

How will the Jagananna Vidya rewards be distributed?
Students who plan to benefit from the program are interested in knowing how the government will distribute the funds. Students who study during the day will be able to use their money or pay the full cost will be transferred to the bank accounts at the institution where the student is studying.
Students who hostellers of the fund or the entire fee will be credited to that account belonging to the mother in two installments every month in July and December during the course.

There is no way to apply online for this Yojana.
What amount does the government of AP Government provide under this program?
(a) Jagananna Vidya deevena (RTF): to offer full reimbursement of fees for all students who are eligible.
(b) Jagananna Vasathi Deevena (MTF) :
Rs.10,000/per person, to ITI students,
Rs.15,000 each for Polytechnic students,
Rs. 20,000 per person for higher and other degree classes per year for each student who is eligible for accommodation and food expenses.
