Admissions:

Candidates must have passed SSC (10th Class) or equivalent examination in first attempt. This exam has been recognized by Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state governments in 2022.

Access o:

a) Enrollment in the University's 6-year Integrated Engineering Program is contingent upon satisfactory verification and evaluation. Admission is not guaranteed by just choosing to receive counseling or by having your paperwork and certificates verified.

b) The data supplied by applicants and the verification of credentials/documents determine which seats are allotted.

c) In the event that inconsistencies are discovered during the certificate verification or data submission process by the applicants, the Convenor, UG Admissions-2022, retains the right to cancel the admission.

Annual Charge:

a) Candidates studying in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state schools will pay Rs.37,000/year tuition (Rs.500 per semester with examination fee).

b) Students who are eligible for fee-reimbursement as per the guidelines issued in their respective State Governments are exempted from payment of tuition fees (as per the recent Government regulations eligible for fee-reimbursement

c) Each student must pay registration fee of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates), refundable caution deposit of Rs.2,000 (by all), examination fee. Rs. 1,000/-, and medical insurance amounting to Rs. 500/- per annum (for all) for first two years. It is Rs.4,500/- (Rs.4,000/- in case of SC/ST applicants) at the time of admission.

TS IIIT Basara Admissions 2020-2023 Selection Procedure:

a) Admissions are based on merit in Grade Point Average (GPA) and grade obtained in each subject in class 10th. It is also determined by Presidential Order 1974. Government Ordinance 13 (3) requires a deprivation score equal to 0.4 to be added to the normalized score for applicants from non-residential government schools including district parhad and municipal schools. Determine the entry eligibility. This is done to give weightage to students from economically and socially backward sections of the society.

Notice: This is A.P. Presidential Order 371 is in line with Article D. Section 95 of the Reorganization Act 2014: 15% of the total seats shall be reserved for students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Selection for these 15% seats is based on merit.

b) If a tie occurs, the situation is resolved using the following options:

(i) Higher Grade in Mathematics

(iii) Higher Grade in General Science. (iiii) Higher level in English.

(iv) Higher Grade in Social Studies, and (v) Higher Grade in 1st Language

(vi) Older candidate as per date of birth

(vii) Lowest random number that can be obtained from hall ticket numbers.
