IIIT Srikakulam, Ongole Campus Admissions Process 2022-23 Schedule:

Certificate verification is required for admission to the 6-year integrated B.Tech program of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT-AP) for the academic year 2022-22.

Documents to be brought for Special Category (CAP | NCC Sports):

It is suggested to bring the following documents or certificates in their originals

1. Ex-Servicemen Discharge Book

2. ID card issued by ((ZSWO).

3. Valid CAP Certification (Issued from Civil Officer)

4. Pension payment order (if pensioner)

5. Battle Casualty Certificate (In case of War Widow / War Disabled)

6. Residence certificate for parents of candidates issued by Mandal Revenue Officer.

Children of serving soldiers are directed to bring the following original certificates at the time of spot admissions/counseling.

1. Original identity card issued by his/her parents issued by competent authority.

2. Original copies of pay book/pay slips from his/her parents.

3. Residence certificate issued by parents of candidates provided by Mandal Revenue Officer.

4. Gallantry Award Certificates Copies of Gazette Notification of Part-II Order and other relevant documents

If the claims fall under Priority-I or Priority-II, as well as Priority-III.

5. Children from Armed Forces Personnel Certificates issued by the Commanding Officer.

Admission Counselling:

a) Candidates selected for counseling must attend RGUKT Nuzvid Institute in person. Nuzvid Institute, Nuzvid, Krishna District, A.P. to verify the authenticity of their original certificates/documents listed below as well as the information in the application. Candidates should bring the printed copy of their application along with the documents listed below at the time of counselling. The form of documents listed below is provided in the appendices.

Required Certificates:

i. Receipt will be issued through AP Online Services

ii. X Standard (10th Class) Hall Ticket

iii. GPA of 10th Class Public Examination ie, SSC/CBSE/ICSE/NIOS.

iv. Study Certificates from 4th to 10th Class / Residence Certificate of those claiming Local Category (AU) and v. Residence certificate or service verification of parents from those claiming non-local category

vi. Proof of Caste/Community Document (SC/ST/BC) with required form for persons claiming reservation under one of these categories.

vii. Physically Handicapped (PH) certification in the prescribed form by those claiming reservations under this category.

viii. Children who are members of Armed Forces (CAP) Certificate in the prescribed form for those claiming reservation under this category.

ix. NCC sports and games certificates issued by those claiming reservation in this category

b) Candidates who are provisionally selected for Nuzvid Campus should personally attend the Counseling Center at RGUKT, Nuzvid Campus to verify the information provided in the application form along with their original certificates or documents.

c) Counseling and selection for those coming under special categories like Physically Handicapped (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), NCC and Sports will be conducted at RGUKTNuzvid. Noozwid on the specified dates.

Note: If a person does not submit one of the required certificates, he/she will not be admitted to the University.

IV. If you are selected, you have to sign up for the course. Classes will start from August 1, 2022. Late registration deadline will not be accepted. Candidates admitted to the exam must be ready to stay in the starting period from the date.

Fees payable:

Tuition fee of Rs.36,000$ (Thirty Six Thousand Only) if seat allotted to schools in AP is payable through demand draft made in the name of "Director, RGUKT". Pay from any Nationalized Bank at SBI, Idupulapaya Branch. DD is to be paid at the allotted college on the date of counselling. Students eligible for tuition fee reimbursement need not pay tuition fee (students whose annual income of parents is less than Rs. 1.0 lakh for non-SC/ST category, and less than Rs. 2.0 lakh for SC/ST category and satisfy other criteria as per recent Govt. Rules Tuition eligible for reimbursement for).

However, each student will get Rs. 1,000/(Rs.500 for SC/ST students) (Rs.500 for SC/ST students) as admission fee and a refundable cautionary security deposit amounting to Rs. 2,00 when they are admitted Rs.3,000/--

Entry o:

a) Admission to the initial year of the 6-year Integrated Engineering Program in the University shall be granted only after thorough verification and verification of the information contained in the application form and the original certificates or documents furnished by the applicant at the time of admission and certificate verification. the center Mere selection of certificates or documents does not ensure admission to the applicant.

Annual Fee:

A) Tuition fee is Rs.36,000 per annum for candidates attending schools in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana states.

b) Students who are eligible for tuition fee reimbursement as per the guidelines issued by the respective State Governments should not pay tuition fees (students earning more than the annual average of their parents
